EXPERIENCE - What does a SOD experience include?
A Special Occasion Gift (SOD) experience includes a musician (e.g., violinist, saxophonist), someone reading a personalized card, and a carefully prepared gift. The whole experience is orchestrated to create a memorable and elegant moment.
EXPERIENCE – Can I personalize the surprise?
Yes. The experience can be personalized through the song played by the musician, the message in the letter read aloud, and the gift given. Each surprise is tailored to your intention and the person you wish to reach.
BOOKING – How to book an experience?
Simply fill out the form available on the page of the chosen experience, indicating the necessary information (desired date, location, details about the surprise, etc.).
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm availability and terms, then payment will be made to finalize the booking.
RESERVATION – What is the minimum booking lead time?
The minimum booking period is seven days before the date of the surprise.
RESERVATION – Can I book for the same day?
Same-day bookings are not possible, as each surprise requires preparation time. This includes printing the letter and photo, preparing the personalized gift, and learning and rehearsing the chosen song so that it can be performed perfectly on the day of the surprise.
BOOKING – How to check the availability of a date?
To check availability, please fill out the form indicating your preferred date. We will contact you promptly to confirm availability.
DELIVERY – What areas are served?
We serve Greater Montreal, including Montreal, the South Shore and the North Shore.
Additional charges may apply depending on the distance.
PRODUCT – Can gifts be bought without experience?
Yes, the boxes can be purchased separately, without the SOD experience.
